Hayley Williams has launched her own brand of hair dye – Good Dye Young. The lead singer of pop-punk band Paramore says that the whole range is cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.
Williams commented: “We aren’t afraid to stand out from the crowd; in fact, we prefer it. The definition of self-expression is when you wake up in the morning and ask: Who do I want to be today?”
The formula is said to include professional-grade pigments and synthetic formula that condition the hair while depositing colour. The new range launches with five bold shades: Rock Lobster – a fiery red, Blue Ruin – a bright blue, Ex-Girl – a pink, Steal My Sunshine – a yellow, and Riot! – a bold orange. Each colour is priced at $14.
Good Dye Young plans to add a selection of bleaching products to the range including a Powder Lightener and a Creme Developer. A kit for mixing shades will also be made available.
The products will all be available for pre-order on the brand’s website – www.gooddyeyoung.com – from 15 April onward.
